Worse building to ever live in
October 21, 2019
935 Kelly street is flooded with drug addicts trespassing, loitering by loud, obnoxious neighbors, and they never fix anything. The superintendent never puts the heat on when it’s cold out. It’s a lot of trafficking from people who doesn’t live in the building. They have cameras on every floor which they do not use to their advantage. Noisy and disruptive neighbors. Plenty of drug transactions throughout the building. This is DEFINITELY a place you would not want to even consider living.
