BEWARE OF THESE THINGS BEFORE CONSIDERING KENNEDY PARK:
May 10, 2022I moved to Kennedy Park Townhomes 5 years ago and lived there for 4 stressful years. There was an extremely high turnover rate amongst on-site management, maintenance personnel and tenants. The only part of the lease NLR Management adheres to is that which benefits them. Rent increased yearly, shoddy maintenance and the local police had many drug and domestic calls to these townhomes. My family did not feel safe.
