November 5, 2018I would have say that after living in Kensington Club for a year that apartments are average and no noise complaints.Parking passes can be hard to find!Everybody pretty friendly.They do spray for bugs and have air conditioners built in Apts.Review from Apartments.com
Kensington Club
July 20, 2015The apartments are located in a nice neighborhood but there are serious noise issues. Train tracks run behind the buildings so you hear trains all the time. The walls are thin that you can hear conversations and other disturbing sounds. The only plus is free parking and laundry on site.Review from Apartments.com
