December 4, 2019I know a lot of people have a problem here. I don't the management has always been respectful and any time I needed anything the responded in a rapid manner to meet my needs. The maintenance crew are excellent. They are there rapidly. I think you get the respect you give. As for other tenants I have never had a problem with anyone I strongly recommend the complex. August 6, 2015CONS: 1. Being HUD controlled, there is a LOT of red tape here. 2. Renter is charged for "damaged" items at full value not, de-rated to account for normal wear and tear. 3. Sometimes it takes too long to get things repaired. PROS: 1. Walk two minutes to Commuter Rail. 2. 1,000 feet from Interstate Route 495. 3. Quiet neighborhood. 4. Walk to CVS, Walgreen's and short drives to 4 gas stations, Hanneford's Supermarket,pizza shops, Chinese food, etc. 5. 20 minutes to Cape cod. 6. 50 ...minute drive to Boston. 7. Buildings only six years old with siding and balconies 8. Smoke-free buildings and grounds. 9. Receptive management. 10. 24-hour maintenance emergency response. 11.
