The neighborhood is great. Lots of amenities and the people are nice. The rooms is general are mid. There’s a gap in the front door so air comes through. The bathroom door hits the toilet. The paint job is horrendous. I have a closet door that gets stuck because they didn’t let the paint try. Paint splashes on door handles and the countertop. My sink in the bathroom moves when you turn the water on. The floor vinyl is bubbly. My shower peels, fridge doesn’t close unless you slam it and even then ...
there’s still a gap. The light switch in my room doesn’t go to any outlet. Definitely a rushed job, and you just can’t count on the service team to help. If I could post videos I would. This is my first apartment so I don’t have much to go on, but the issues I listed I know my neighbor also has cause we be talking about it.

This has been the worst leasing experience I have ever had. All of my concerns have been dismissed and the company will not hold accountability for their wrong doings. They have violated my lease and have taken all sense of safety and privacy away from my space. I would never recommend a friend to rent underneath Greystar.

The neighborhood and everything has been great. My issue is the service team and how bad of the communication is between the people at the front desk and the service team. They are obviously not communicating the problem correctly because the same thing keeps happening.

It’s been pretty good so far. I guess my only complaint is the parking I don’t understand how we have to pay 10$ but I don’t even get my own spot. That’s weird to me. Other then that I like the neighborhood, I think it’s very clean and quiet and my neighbors are pretty nice. I also love how close it is to a lot of places and 95.
