This place is far infested. I mean more then 10 I’ve caught since being here and still more. They don’t care they send the cheapest exterminator to leave traps and nothing else. They lie about bombing ur apartment. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!

Mouse infestation

These apartments have a serious mouse infestation. No matter how many times the exterminator came the mice came back. There were mouse droppings everywhere. I literally stopped cooking in my house just so I wouldn't have food or anything to attract them. After 6 months I couldn't take it I moved out and continued paying the rent. When I came back to the apartment at the end of my lease I was greated by more mouse droppings and a dead mouse.

I literally just moved into this apt 3 weeks ago and I've had to call maintenance 5 times, 3 of which for the A/C which has been broken off and on. I called today at 10:30 am to fix the A/C and the Apt. complex has done nothing even though it's literally 95 degrees in my apt. and has been all day. Do not move here!!!

If you are a student in the Baltimore area looking for an apartment, your search ends here. These apartments are so convenient for a student attending Morgan State University. It is a 10-minute walk, the location is safe, and there are stores near by for those who do not have a car. I have a one-bed room fully renovated and it is very lovely. I only gave it four stars because it is a little on the expensive side but I personally would rather for extra for cleanliness and safety.

Kensington Gates is one of the best affordable apartments if you are broke college student. I love the policy that I can use my school schedule, ID or school bill to prequalify for the apartment and I pay it off for the semester with scholarship money so I don't have to live in my dorm. They have excellent security that patrols day and night. I live in a building prodominently college students so yeah there is occasional noise from parties but hey sometimes that me too lol. I like that when it ...

snowed the complex shoveled out everyone's car. The people in the rental office (Rodney) are mad chill and really look out for your best interest. The one downside was I kept having things break in my apartment but maintenance was swift in all my repairs and trust me there was a lot!!! Another downside was the mail people leaving packages at my door and them getting stolen since they were unattended too since I was not home. Other than those minor things Kesington is a great start to living on your own!!

This property management is the worst I've ever had to deal with. Nothing never works the only thing thats kept up is the grounds as for the building itself its falling apart. Emergency service sucks just as customer service. I would rate here a zero if i could
