About The Kensington Townhomes
WE HAVE UNITS AVAILABLE. The apartment homes are all 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. All appliances are included. Residents are required to obtain electricity and water/sewer. Additional fees are $20 monthly for trash removal and $15 monthly for pest control. The pet deposit is $250 and the pet rent is $100 monthly. Residents are required to obtain renters insurance. All units have an outside patio and storage area. At this time, the available townhomes are renting from $1350- $1450. If you would like to complete an application the fee is $50 per adult. We have a model unit on site, viewable by appointment.
