Great community to live in!
March 16, 2021Really enjoyed living here! It's a lovely and very friendly community. Maintenance is usually pretty quick. Signing the lease was easy and painless, and ending the month-to-month was a breeze. The walls are thin but most apartments have thin walls so that is not really complex specific. Great place to live if you have pets, they are accommodating. Management is great if you ever have issues with neighbors. The pool was closed for the 5 months we lived there which was kind of a bummer, but it was ...also winter seaon so perhaps that was why. You'll want to live here long-term
July 23, 2015I never imagined an apartment off of Country Club road could be in the center of all the action and be peaceful at the same time. I can get anywhere in Eugene/Springfield in under 15. Apartments are a nice size, grounds are well maintained, and staff know you by your first name. Above all, this is a safe community. That's a big deal for someone raising children. Kentfield is a cut above the rest....and did I mention the pool is 80 degrees!Review from Apartments.com
