Poor management
May 11, 2024When I moved into my new apartment, I had to wait for the keys to be made and Kenwood hired cleaning people to clean the apartment the day I moved into it. I wasted a half day waiting until 3:00 p.m. to move all of my furniture. If I move into a new place then the morning the apartment opens is when i should receive my keys and the apartment already cleaned prior to move in date. Also, the first day I moved in I got my package stolen. If an apartment has to use a third party like Fetch to ensure ...your packages are delivered to your apartment then it’s obvious there is a stealing problem.Property Manager Responded

Extremely horrified with the service
May 17, 2023This apartment tenant device is extremely bad. A lot of hidden fee is added with the shown rent including pest control, package delivery and so on but any service is hardly provided. My package from Amazon get lost after it said it was delivered. I have made a request for pest control at May 3. A guy came in May 9 and said pest controller will come in May 16 and I need to pack all my kitchen stuffs and leave apartment for 4 hours I did as per they said and when I called next day for asking why ...they didn’t put any chemicals they didn’t have any solid reason. They just made excused saying we will do next Tuesday. That is so unprofessional. And the security here is rarely weak as any person can enter as the front gate is always open.Property Manager Responded

May 17, 2023Be very careful with this property. They seem to just want to take your application money and run. We were charged $260. We were never called back, we had to keep calling them and asking what's going on. And even after we got something back from them, we still couldn't get an explanation with no return calls. Avoid this place unless you want to lose your application money which is ridiculous nowadays what they charge you.Property Manager Responded

I would not recomend
March 4, 2023Security is not great. The front gate is always broken and it is very easy to get into complex. Anyone could get in. There is no security cameras anywhere which sucks cause thieves love the cars here. they have stolen tires and my car alone has been broken into 3 times and management did nothing. After the 3rd time i knew it was time to go. Also it may not seem like it at first but the roaches will eventually come. This Complex is infested with them and may do a good job hiding them in the ...beginning, But eventually they will come. And watch out for the electrical sockets. alot of them aint right and are hazardous. Would call for maintenance but they never actually fix the problem.Property Manager Responded

When the office closes for the day or on Saturday, tenants and visitors are pretty much on their own, because there is no security here either in person or by camera. This place has gone downhill
January 20, 2023Management NEVER picks up the phone if the call is from a tenant. They NEVER return messages left on voicemail either. There are abandoned, old, rusty cars/trucks all over. Management tagged them orange stickers to warn the vehicle owners of towing but they never delivered, not one of those eyesores were removed. People tailgate when entering the property and that’s for both tenants and their guests. It’s that easy to enter the apartment complex. The front fence has 2 bars missing enough for a ...grown man to squeeze in. I’m not surprised if that’s how the thieves got in, to steal car wheels/tires and break into apartments. Heck, the fence surrounding the property is so easy to climb. No security cameras anywhere, not even at the front gate to capture vehicle license plates of people coming and going. Terribly old, barely-running appliances in the units. The wall sockets are all loose, which is a fire and electric shock hazard. Wiring is unpredictable and appliances randomly shut off. Maintenance keeps coming to put a band aid on the problem, not really fixing the issue. Pest control is a joke, there roaches everywhere. Already spent my own money buying good pesticide to keep the roaches at bay. This place is cheap but this is the hood. Loud people, with loud music, and cars racing late in the evening. Disappointment
November 10, 2022Lease was signed far in advance as I was moving from out of state and before moving in the apartment # got changed twice because the other two weren’t ready. We couldn’t get keys until 5pm. When we moved in the apartment wasn’t clean, roaches dead on the floor, paper stuffed around windows and carpet. I’ve requested washer to be exchanged because it bangs when it spins and I was told I wasn’t loading it correctly. Seems like apartment was just painted to cover up imperfections. The manager did ...come to address my problems the next day and said she would have housekeeping come and that never happened.
