I am so impressed with this beautiful place!! I was looking for a place for my mother and one of my church friends suggested Kenwood Place, a new apartment community off Capital Circle NW and W. Tennessee. The building is absolutely beautiful! It looks like a vacation hotel from the outside. The leasing people were quite friendly and showed me all the highlights of the place. There were people living there smiling, sitting on the porch in rocking chairs! They were friendly too and told me my mom ...

The area is horrible. We have transients who sleep in our hallways. The security officer stays inside all night and does not help. We can barely use any of the amenities here because they are locked all of the time. No wonder why they can't get anyone to move here. The only good thing about this community is the kitchen. As soon as my lease is up I am leaving. I do not even feel comfortable leaving my apartment without someone with me. I hope this helps at least one person from making the same ...

This place is full of bait and switch. First the management is hardly ever here. If they are they are on a smoke break or look like they are hung over. Secondly, the amenities they tell you are available are just a smoke screen. Once you get in....they lock it up. Community Room...locked on weekends, Movie Room....locked on weekends, 24hour pool access...NOT. Then they tell you....your using too much water and....guess what? They lock it up too. Rent and utilities were raised less than ...
one month after moving in. There are no activities other than those coordinated by the residents. The staff are found usually gossiping about the residents and making fun of them. Pretty place, but that is where it stops. I am sure the actual owner is not aware of the issues or they would be changed. If your looking for a place to live, your better off in a broken down double wide.
