Wonderful place to live

We have a large family and have plenty of room in our spacious 3 bedroom apartment! July 10, 2023Keny Boulevard is a quiet, safe, kid friendly, pet friendly neighborhood. It is well managed by the property manager, Jena, who genuinely cares about the tenants and meeting their needs. She is very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner by the on-site maintenance person, Raleigh, who always does a great job. He also keeps the swimming pool clean and well maintained all summer long. The grounds are kept neat and clean and the dumpster ...areas are picked up regularly.
