Professional management has made a huge difference. The current manager is exemplary. Any maintenance problems are quickly resolved. The apartments are next to the Kroc Center which has a running track and gym. We are definitely staying.

The best part of living here is Jackie the manager and Steve the maintenance guy.
They make you feel like family and they care about you. They are the only people that ever worked here that made us feel like we are more than just a rent check. If they leave this place will not be the same and everyone will leave to be wherever they go.
Don't move here until you know if Jackie and Steve are here. The past managers were really bad. The past owners were bad too. I heard that the people that did the ...
inspections to buy the place threatened to fire Jackie and Steve and kick everyone out. Jackie has been taking care of us all letting us know that we will be ok. We won't be w/o her.

I've lived here at Kerrville Plaza Apartments for two years now. The manager of this property is very professional and always answers in a prompt and courteous manner with any maintenance issue or concern I may have. Our maintenance has always been super helpful and has even answered calls at odd hours. I couldn't be more pleased with how things are ran in our little community! As mentioned before, I've been for here for two years and don't plan on leaving!!!!

Been here for two years, and as far as apartments go its great. Things get taken care of quick and efficiently,the Manager is the sweetest and the maintenance guy is so much better than the previous! The Manager is always reachable and is very understanding. We love it here!

I have lived at this complex for 3yrs now and have had a great experience, the apartment is very nice for the money, never a problem w/ management they are very nice and personable. Ive only had a few maintence issues but they were addressed right away!! I would recommend to anyone!! Planning on staying a couple of more years, thanks for everything kerrville plaza apartments

Manager is horrible at providing for residents. She is never in her office whenever anything is needed it takes days do for it to be taken care of. Maintenance is ridiculous. We have had toilet and bath tub backed up with sewer water more than once had to wait days for that to be fixed during one of those days carpet was soaked from overflow and carpet was never changed we had to cover up smell of wet mildew carpet till it eventually went away. Apartment foundation is unleveled. Air con Is not ...
working right but won't be fixed because "it would cost them to much money" rentnstrted at 600 and now at 675 not worth any penny but with two kids and an elder it is hard to pick up and move as wanted. This place is a total waste of money. Only praying it gets under new management soon.
