Rent prices increasing despite aging and damages to units due to outside negligence. The gate is constantly stuck open which is a safety concern. The parking is always packed so coming from work you may have to park 5 buildings down just to get home

Ive been here for a little over a year. I have had only one issue of a package being taken from my door. But I have wonderful neighbors who got it on video and turned it into the office who contacted the police. Its refreshing to know that the property is looking out for you. I just signed for another year and have no plans of moving after that either.

We enjoy living at Kessler Jersey Village. It's a quiet complex with good amenities. We enjoy the pool, the fitness center, and the lockers they have to receive packages. We like going into the leasing office area and play billiards, and fix us a tea or coffee that Kessler provide for you.

I rented here for a year and had a great experience. From the very beginning, everything went smoothly. As a first-time renter, I had a lot of questions, and Maria was absolutely amazing. She explained everything clearly, guided us through the entire process seamlessly, and showed genuine care in helping us. She truly made the experience stress-free.
During our time living here, we never had any issues. The property was well maintained, the staff was always helpful and friendly, and ...
communication was great. I also loved the resident events they hosted. It really helped create a sense of community.

PLEASE BEWARE OF SIGNING A LEASE HERE! INFESTED PROPERTY, POOR WORKMANSHIP, UNCLEAN, PERMEATING SMELL MADE ME ILL
I was recently unable to move in to my new apartment on this property due to the unacceptable conditions on my move in date. I cancelled the movers after I realized that I would be subjected to extremely poor living conditions. making the same mistake I did. The expectation of decent living standards expressed during the period prior to me signing the lease was not met by the actual and allowed condition of the unit.
The apartment was very dirty. We attempted to wipe down surfaces but they were covered in greasy, sticky residue and there were food crumbs, hair and questionable stains. It looked (and smelled) like there was urine on the bathroom floor and vomit-like substance by the main door. The carpet was crunchy, sticky and hard, covered with debris including different types of bugs (living and dead). The smell was over-powering. Both me and my guest were in the unit for 20 minutes before we had to leave because we both felt nauseous and had headaches. I still feel ill and it's been 24 hours since I left the unit. I am extremely concerned about the presence of mold in the walls and elsewhere. Despite the unacceptable condition of the carpet, there is evidence of painted over water damage in the cabinets.
The AC unit has corroded electrical components, it was manufactured in July of 1993 based on the serial number of the unit. The electrical wiring is in disarray and the workmanship is unacceptable. I am very concerned that this is a potential fire hazard because of the clearly VERY poor standards of workmanship.
GERMAN COCKROACHES!! Within a minute of entering the unit, a German Cockroach fell from the ceiling and landed on my shoulder, crawling all over my arm. We saw many more crawling throughout the apartment while we were there.
I have brought all of these conditions to the attention of management along with my request that they rescind my lease. I hope that they have some compassion and sympathy for me and that they make this situation right because I will not live on this property. It is unacceptable to allow a new tenant to accept these conditions and I can only imagine the conditions current residents are being subjected to.
