The absolute worst
December 5, 2023This is by far the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. The air conditioner and the water heater leaks constantly. The vents in the bathroom doesn’t work so black mold is all throughout the bathroom. Black mold is on the ceiling and in the closets. Just for someone to come and clean it up but not fix the issue that’s causing the mold. The carpet has been soaked from leak’s multiple times and still not changed leaving a sour smell. The maintenance guys really do try to help but they are working ...with old and raggedy equipment. The stove will turn off if you are cooking for too long because they are hand me downs from an assisted living facility. I was told that directly by one of the maintenance workers. The trash completely overflows daily to where it looks like a landfill. I cannot wait until my lease is up. Run from this place!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Bad Business
June 21, 2023I was very disappointed with how this organization does business. I applied for an apartment and paid my deposit. They did not get back to me in a timely fashion, so I had to withdraw my application. Because I didn't move in, I was due back my $100 deposit. I NEVER received it after months of contacting them and trying to retrieve it! Complete rip off!Property Manager Responded

IF YOU LIKE BEING TOLD ON I SUGGEST YOU MOVING HERE
March 21, 2023We had a maintenance report because the bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush. Instead of doing the maintenance work they was rambling through my apartment looking to see who all stay there. Besides you hear your neighbors walk all day & night if someone is above you, people running up & down the stairs, the list goes on. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy staying here.Property Manager Responded

BLACK MOLD
July 3, 2022I was a resident for 2 years and had 4 water leaks from my air conditioning located in the closet by my first bedroom. I called the office and maintenance would show up 2-3 days and sprayed where the black mold was and painted it.Property Manager Responded

Everything leaks
June 1, 2020property is well maintained except the dumpster area... trash stay overflowing. Apartment above mine has leaked into mine THREE times, flooding my kitchen. Dishwasher holds water at the bottom and smells. It has flooded my kitchen twice causing water damage to the floor and now the floor sinks in.Review from Apartments.com
This place is a joke!
June 8, 2017When we first moved in it was great, but it's gone nowhere but downhill. Maintenance throws trash behind the dumpster and in the woods, they never come out when you put in a work order unless you call a hundred times and threaten to report them, and they all play the blame game. The office blames maintenance and maintenance blames the office. It's like pulling teeth from a snake to get anything done! We will be moving as soon as our lease is up.Review from Apartments.com
The Best
May 12, 2016Living here a year already and all I can say is Keswick Village is the best. From the apartment to the office staff, I have not found a place better than this. My apartment not only had space but was affordable. The office staff was amazing. From viewing to signing, they made you feel welcomed and invited which doesn't just end when you sign the lease. October 5, 2015I have been living here going on 3 years this December 2015.What made me want to move here is the Leasing Agent. She have been and 'Still' is extremely a wonderful person!!! She have helped me with minor issues regarding my apartment. They are always helpful. The Entire Staff at Keswick Village Apartments are ready to assist. They ALL are very personable and provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is very rare to get these days. I have recommended Keswick Village Apartments to friends, ...should they decide to move.
