I lived at the Kickapoo Apartments for four years during medical school and couldn’t be more thrilled about my choice. The building is gorgeous and my unit was spacious with lots of light and gorgeous modern amenities. The apartment really has a safe and luxurious feel. The property manager and maintenance worker were both highly attentive and so friendly - it really made the place feel like home. I would highly highly recommend! I lived at Kickapoo Apartments throughout medical school and it was a great experience! Highly recommend this location for medical students (above 3030 and across the street from the med school) or anyone who works at OSF or UnityPoint. The landlord and maintenance team were very responsive to any questions or requests I had. I also loved being walking distance or a 5 minute drive to restaurants and bars in downtown and along the Riverfront. I spent a lot of time studying in my apartment and ...
