I think it is an okay apartment for the price. The price has increased significantly, and it isn’t worth it unless you absolutely have to. If you bring up concerns about neighbors playing music that shakes your floor for 11 hours straight you’re told to handle it yourself. Neighbors aren’t willing to listen, and living as a woman alone makes it harder to approach men without management support. I smell marijuana frequently, am disturbed by music frequently, and the “updates” are landlord ...
specials. You won’t have management support, you’ll have terrible ac/a high bill, loud neighbors, and mediocre response (expect for Rick the maintenance man.) I am glad I left. I think this apartment can fit needs for young single/coupled individuals, but if you are a real adult, good luck. I loved my years here initially, but it has gone downhill, and seems more fit for young 20’s/immature individuals

honestly a GREAT place to live. the only downside is the ac is not central, it’s a unit like you would see in a dorm/hotel. management and service has always been great. parking is never an issue. it’s a super safe area, and communication has been great. the neighbors i have met have been so nice, and say they’ve lived her upwards of 9 years. it’s a great starter apartment, and i would always recommend. Sandy, Seth, and Rick are so nice!

Do not move here. I was given the bare minimum notice that they would not be giving me any lease renewal options. This is not because I was a bad tenant. This is because they said they want to remodel the unit. I am sure they then plan to try and rent it out for hundred of dollars more per month than they are currently charging. This small of an apartment, in this location, is not going to be worth that price, renovated or not.
It was pretty lousy of them to give me 30 days notice that I have to ...
move when I have to give them 60 days notice that intend to move. When I mentioned this to management, I was told they did not know any further in advance. This, of course, is a lie. I am sure they knew full well sooner. In the past, they had put a notice on my door 60 days before the lease had expired asking me what I wanted to do. They just don't care about the problems having such short notice can create for people. This is by far the shadiest thing a landlord has ever done to me.

Bad Place to Get Stuck in a Pandemic

The best part about this place is that the surrounding area is pretty quiet, though the neighbors are not always as quiet. Though the walls aren't notably thin, you will probably be able to hear neighbors' conversations at night, and if you're lucky, get to share a wall with people who are always banging on stuff. It is definitely not the most private place. If you live here expect to receive other people's mail and to have yours get lost or misdelivered. I've had multiple important mail items go ...
missing and have received other people's mail constantly. I've even had to do the Amazon driver's job because they kept delivering packages to my place that were for neighboring units. Also, expect to have faulty appliances. My dishwasher never worked, my dryer took over 2 hours to dry my clothes, and the AC/heat unit was moldy and made some pretty unsettling noises. I also see they bumped up the rent recently after painting all the exteriors.
