January 6, 2026I have been a resident at Kilby for almost one year and I am very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and maintenance in the common areas. Hallway carpets are dirty, trash is often left outside bins against community rules, dogs use interior grassy areas causing bad odors, and floors are not properly cleaned. The cleaning robot frequently stops due to low battery, and grills are not cleaned regularly. I have complained multiple times with no effective action taken. Long Term Resident
May 19, 2024Kilby is average. If you work from home or rely on having WiFi 24/7 you will be disappointed. The WiFi & Cable service is awful and you can’t do anything about it. WiFi goes down at least once a week. No worries though, you’ll receive a regular email apologizing for these “rare” outages. I assume the office staff stays busy searching for new templates to email out for future outages…including the elevators, parking garage gates & doors. Dogs are allowed but don’t expect your neighbors to pick ...up their dogs ____ from the hallways. Instead expect another email with empty threats. Worst complex I've ever lived in
December 8, 2022This place looks beautiful, but it's lipstick on a pig. They provide internet and I work from home. I had internet issues every single day I lived there, and fought them for an entire year about this, not to mention water leaking in from outside. I had water damage in my apartment 3 separate times and management did basically nothing. The noise level from tje neighbors was terrible, all day and into the night. I finally asked to break my lease because of the constant issues. They charged me ...almost $4k to break my lease. I tried contacting the property owners multiple times, and they never called or followed up with me.They are now coming back and saying I owe them another $2k for carpets, when it is normal wear and tear. Terrible neighbors
January 11, 2022Very beautiful place and Kilby team is so kind. I was excited to live here, but I found therer are many terrible neighbors after moving here. They don't pick up their pet. They left it around the apartment or even in our common area. I saw it on the hallway on the other day. Even though Kilby don't allow using pool area after 10pm, you can often see people have a pool party late at night which is super noisy. My neighbor talks very loudly at 1am almost everyday. Internet issues
September 21, 2021Kilby has a built in complex wide network with ISP, Single Digits (a company with all 1 star reviews). You are locked in to using this ISP. Have not had any quality internet in weeks even with an Ethernet cable connection. I work from home and am having to leave before my lease is up due to the internet. There are other issues, too, vandalism, car break ins, garage gate has been broken most of the six months I’ve lived here.
