Wonderful area but so-so building.
August 14, 2015The building is not maintained well and the current landlord has raised rents significantly since he's taken over. On the positive side, the building is quiet, and the area one of the best in town, good central location. Close to shops, public transit, freeways.Review from Apartments.com
