DO NOT Rent from Kimberly Woods
February 10, 2023They are super shady. They charged us to change the carpet after we moved out, even though they claimed that's what the pet deposit was for. There is asbestos in the ceilings, and they do not handle it properly. We had a leak, and they sent the regular maintenance people, not asbestos professionals, to fix it.Property Manager Responded
February 13, 2023When carpet is damaged due to pet damage the cost to replace the carpet is higher than the pet deposit.

August 17, 2015Kimberly Woods Apartments are awesome. One of the best features are the fun pool parties every year. It is family friendly and they give out gift cards!! The maintenance crew are prompt with fixings. Love these apartments!!!Review from Apartments.com
