DO NOT Rent from Kimberly Woods
February 10, 2023They are super shady. They charged us to change the carpet after we moved out, even though they claimed that's what the pet deposit was for. There is asbestos in the ceilings, and they do not handle it properly. We had a leak, and they sent the regular maintenance people, not asbestos professionals, to fix it.Property Manager Responded
