After 5 months of looking for a wheelchair accessible apartment I found Kimbrook Manor on Craig's List. Management and maintenance continually amaze me. On the occasions I've had a problem I've always felt apartment management really cared, one of the skilled maintenance techs was at my door in minutes. I'm truly happy here at Kimbrook Manor, I can't imagine living anywhere else. Terry D.
