Caution: Parking situation and Mailroom thieves
October 14, 2023This property is okay. If you are planning to come and live here, then please beware of the two things that are listed above on the headline. When we first moved in, we asked questions about the parking situation and the amount of keys we were going to be given. The inside of the studio is pretty small, but everything sounded pretty promising until we moved in. When we first moved in, we only got one set of key when we were told that we will be given 2 sets of keys. My boyfriend and I had to ...purchase and extra set at Home Depot. With the parking situation, we figured that we will be given a parking spot on the spot, but what they never discussed was that there was a waitlist to get the parking spot. So I feel that we got kinda blindsided by the idea of getting a parking space right away because we mentioned to them that we did want a parking space. The waitlist for it seems to be very VERY long because till this day we are still patiently waiting for a parking spot. Living here, we have noticed our packages being stolen multiple times. Everything is delivered in the mailroom and all the packages are out in the open and in plain sight for everyone to see, so beware if you do plan to rent at this place. That is the most upsetting thing about this is because we would work all day just to come home to stolen packages from thieves who also live inside these apartments and it’s a pretty small apartment too. So make sure to keep that in mind. I hope management solves this. Either lock it up at night and have it opened day time when they are working because people love to keep the gate open as well. I didn’t mention about the bugs situations but since we live in the first level, I noticed bugs such as cockroaches are able to enter the studio. I thought everything was sealed up pretty good and we wouldn’t have to worry about it, but I was wrong. The fact that this studio is similar to a garage because the floor is concrete, cockroaches love to come inside during hot days. Also, there seems to be a lot of spiders as well. Idk how they keep coming in but it is pretty stressful when you have bugs in the house and is getting bit while sleeping. Overall, the management who are taking care of this apartment are communicative and friendly whenever we email them about our concerns and questions.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 3, 2022If you are looking for an immediate move, be prepared to experience difficulty in scheduling a tour prior to signing a lease. It has taken me over a month to see the interior of this property. Also, it would be in the company’s best interest to feature current photos of this location. It is quite apparent upon driving to it’s location that the photos that people see online are pre-construction/model images. I was surprised by the difference in-person.Review from Apartments.com
