August 6, 2025I’ve lived in several apartment complexes over the years, and this one is by far the best experience I’ve had. Management is incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional—truly the best I’ve ever dealt with. Move-in was a breeze, and our apartment was ready on time and absolutely spotless. July 31, 2025The quality for the price is good. Close to Speer Blvd. and easy to drive to 6th Ave. Parking is slightly difficult because it is first come first served and many spaces are EV only.Property Manager Responded

May 17, 2025Great apartment complex with high-end finishes, modern look, and huge windows. Parking garage does have spots for electric vehicle charging, but there are still issues with non-electric cars parking in those spots.
