The quality for the price is good. Close to Speer Blvd. and easy to drive to 6th Ave.
Parking is slightly difficult because it is first come first served and many spaces are EV only.

Great apartment complex with high-end finishes, modern look, and huge windows. Parking garage does have spots for electric vehicle charging, but there are still issues with non-electric cars parking in those spots. Other than that, it is very convenient to have charging in the complex.

Great experience, highly recommend! The leasing and maintenance staff are quick to respond, and I love the amenities!! Pet friendly and a great location off of Speer with a park near by and plenty of restaurants and bars to walk to!
