Not worth it.
September 12, 2015900 for rent, 50 water,sewer & garbage. 2 bedroom and 1 1/2 bath. No washer and dryer hookup, no dishwasher, no outside hose access & no garbage disposal. No amenities at all all other then a tiny dirty pool and a onsire laundry room. Very high management turn over and they are extremely strict yet rarely ever open. ABSOLUTELY NO UPDATES AND MOLD EVERYWHERE. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED LIVING HERE.Property Manager Responded
November 16, 2023I'm sorry for your past experience at King Manor Apartments, although that was over nine years ago. The property is now under new management, and we have been spending close to two years bringing the property back up to good standard. The pool is maintained, we have two laundry facilities, I have been the only On-Site Manager since my employers began managing the property and we are in the middle of reroofing all of our units and repairing any unit that may have had mold problems prior. We look forward to many more years of living in peaceful healthy environments and friendly community.
