September 18, 2025The place is great; good neighborhood, not a lot of noise, plenty of space inside, garage can fit a standard size truck, garbage and mailbox is easily accessible. The only downsides would be the back "Patio" is pretty small but if you're the last one on the line of houses its all yours. You also have to pay $75 a month for internet and cable, which would me much nicer if you could opt out for a cheaper private option. Other than those, great place.Property Manager Responded

Living Experience
July 24, 2025Enjoyed my time living at King West one for the last two years. It is a very affordable, quiet and pleasant area to live in town. My move out became complicated when I paid for cleaners and they did not clean to the apartment standards. Aly from the leasing office did a fantastic job of communicating this with me and allowed the cleaning company to attempt to remedy the issue. Unfortunately, this wasn’t done, so Aly reached back out to me and let me know that they were going to finish the clean ...and help me send an invoice to the company in order to save me money and recover as much of my deposit as possible.Property Manager Responded
