About Kings Grant Apartments 55+
Kings Grant Is a quaint community of 90 apartment homes, built in 1996, exclusively for residents 55 years or older, located with easy access to I-64 and I-295. We are also within 5 miles of Short Pump Towne Center, which offers an array of shops and restaurants, and within 3 miles of Deep Run Park, which offers walking trails, picnic areas, community events, and classes. Our amenities include spacious floor plans of one and two bedrooms with oversized walk-in closets. Beautiful cathedral ceilings (in second floor apartments) provide an open, airy atmosphere. There are a limited number of first floor apartments with a fenced-in patio. Utility/laundry room with washer and dryer hook-up in every apartment. Water, sewage, and trash removal are included in monthly rent. Electric appliances and air conditioning, gas heat and gas hot water (not included in the rent). Residents enjoy playing card games, bingo, and exercise classes at the Clubhouse. Henrico County’s Mobile Library visits once a month offering a wide selection of books and CDs. Monthly covered-dish dinner with entrée provided by management, which frequently includes an educational speaker or entertainment.

Fix tenant maintenance request ASAP!
November 23, 2017Do not by any means move here. They deny all maintenance requests and leave residents with dilapidated apartments. If all maintenance requests are not fixed ASAP, it will be reported to the BBB and further action will be taken against this complex legally.Review from Apartments.com
Not what it used to be.
July 23, 2017I have been living in Kings Grant for over seven years now and it has continued to go down hill. We used to be able to use the club house, but now we don't have any staff in it and it is always closed. The dumpster was overflowing and they don't even respond anymore when I call for repairs.
