I have been living at Kingspoint for a year now and everything I have asked for and maintenance wise have been 100% on it. The neighborhood is quiet. The building is always clean. Laundry room always clean great communication when it come to apartment needs to be worked on Great communication all the way around. The apartment is amazing. The neighbors are amazing. I love my patio balcony great AC two closets walk-in closet a lot of closet space nice living room size nice dining room size. Nice ...

kitchen size. Great community wouldn’t come to animals as well.

I have been here since November 2014 and LOVE the apartment. It has 2 bedroons, 1 1/2 bath and a walk in closet in the master bedroom. Also the laundry room is on the same floor. It also has a balcony facing the parking lot and grassy area for pets. My name is Jana Van Kalker e mail is janavorn@hotmail.com I hope I'm eligible to win. I an on disability and money is tight.
