Overall, I’m satisfied with KRS. My only complaint is the requirement to pay for general water, sewage and gas usages added to the monthly rent. This makes it impossible to accurately budget monthly expenditures.

As with any new venture, it takes a period of adjustment. The renovations now complete, the interesting activities offered: exercise classes, informational sessions on various topics, fun and games, holiday celebrations, frequent breakfasts and lunches. All these--and friendly residents and professional staff-- add up to a satisfying community in which to live.

Kings Reserve is a GREAT place to call home. The facility is AWESOME and the staff is very professional and attentive to the residents needs/concerns. The residents are great and the location is close to (stores, restaurants, community centers).

Wendy does an excellent job with the activities and helpful when someone needs it, Wendy, Claudia and Charles always take time to listen and accoknolage you.

Overall KRS is an acceptable place to live. The updated aesthetic improvements have created a new, upscale environment. I originally moved here because of its perceived “value”. However due to recent changes in utility cost management, my “value” evaluation has lowered. Has it changed enough to initiate a move elsewhere, I’m not sure. KRS does provide my basic needs of shelter, location and social connections.
