Poor Management

Images being shown are AI generated everything is much more outdated. There is a pool we weren't allowed to use for 2 years and a jacuzzi that has been housing roaches for free. The elevators are often broken and not fixed for months. The leasing office is often difficult to work with and don't listen to any concerns that tenants have. Over priced apartments are you still have to deal with roaches spiders and bed bugs.

We have been here over a year and are still enjoying it. They are excellent communicators with all the changes that have been happening since quarantine started. The maintenance issues are usually dealt with in a timely manner too. Great for small pets. They recently added a mobile app option for the on-site laundromat. Love the location and the area too. It’s very walkable to food, the LAPL library and convenient stores.

This is one of the more spacious apartment in K town area. The apartments are well maintained with centralised AC, heating. The fireplace adds that extra charm to the home and is one of the first thing that gets a thumbs up from visiting guests. The maintenance requests are attended to immediately and the office staff are always receptive and helpful for any requests. The neighbours are all to themselves and not loud at all. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice ...

I love Kingsley plaza!!! It has parking!!! Such a major plus because every night I don't spend time looking for street parking and worrying about the street time because parking tickets are a waste of money!! The management team is always on top of their game!! They are always super friendly and always there to help! I enjoy having laundry room on site so I don't need to run to different places! My apartment is actually really spacious!! Love this place!!!

we just moved here in June of this year. the apartments are beautiful and spacious, and the fireplace is definitely my favorite, I always find myself laying on the floor right in front of it at nights. we have underground parking so no walking anywhere weird and I can say I really feel safe here, everything is lit well at night and it seems like there's always someone in eye distance so you feel pretty at ease when walking alone. the people who live here are all very to themselves but friendly ...
when you can find time to make conversation with them. we've just had literally no issues at all so far, and we got to keep our puppy so all is well. I can go on and on with the pros of living here, but it's really best that you come check it out for yourselves. the managers are also very nice and welcoming, so you can go to them with any questions and they for sure will help you out. me and my boyfriend were saying how we dont picture ourselves ever wanting to leave.
