Everything at Kingston has been incredible, from first contacts and tours to the move-in process and community events. I have truly loved my time in my new home so far, which is also amazing. The finishes are best-in-class and it truly is the nicest apartment building in Charlotte. I was disappointed leaving other buildings with even higher rental rates after touring Kingston because Kingston truly is the whole package. Staff are 11/10.

I'm so happy with where I live! My neighbors are all so friendly and welcoming, making the community feel really special. Plus, the view from my apartment is absolutely breathtaking every day. I forgot their names, I had a lady & gentleman stop by to complete my work order. Our maintenance is amazing. They are friendly, quick & responsive. I see them around the property all the time making sure that the community looks beautiful at all times. They work very hard here! Everything is always spotless.

Kingston South End is a beautiful new building with amazing views, truly walkable location, and some nice amenities. There are some design flaws that keep it from being a perfect fit, such as undersized water heaters and awkward door openings, but it's the best option we've found in Charlotte.

We are so glad we chose to live in Kingston South End. The view is wonderful, the amenities are great, the staff is super friendly, and the neighborhood has everything. It's the perfect fit for us. I would recommend it to anyone willing to trade higher rent for walkability (i.e., get rid of one or more cars).
