Great Place To Live
June 30, 2025I moved in October 2024. From the time I moved in I have been treated with the best customer service possible. The new managers Aarika and Lisa are so great, They make it a point to provide great customer service to all their tenants, with emails and texts. They notify the tenants of special events like the Halloween party, pool party and so on. When it comes to maintenance their service staff goes above and beyond to resolve the problem. They care about the safety of their tenants at all times. ...The apartment complex has access to a large lake and great club house and very easy rent payment options. Honestly a life saver.
January 14, 2025I moved in here a little under two years ago when I moved out of a very toxic living situation. The managers and agents were all incredibly helpful in getting my adjusted and we’re more than understanding of it being my first time out on my own. The new managers who’ve taken over have been truly helpful in trying to make this a nice place to live. I’ve never had any issues living here other than the normal apartment living problems. I do not recommend living here! I've been here 9 years
October 21, 2018I've lived at Kingston Cove since 2010. This place was once a dream to live at! The lake, the staff, the residents! Now almost 9 years later I simply cannot wait to move out! Maintenance is different every other week because Fidelity their employees crap compared to other apartment complexes. So jobs get done half way and not very well. The grounds use to be very well kept, now I feel like I'm living in junk. The grass is infested with stickers BEYOND STICKERS!! The pool is extremely poorly kept. ...It was closed half of the summer because none knew how to care for it!! It was extremely embarrassing to watch. I will never ever recommend my friends to live here. Even if I get a free months rent. Let's not mention the poor excuse for our laundry machines! I had to PERSONALLY call to have out dryers fixed after a YEAR of being broken. It is sad to watch this place go down.Property Manager Responded

September 18, 2018I moved here nearly a year ago and loving it , if there is a problem Maintenance is quick to fix it, Office staff is very nice and easy to talk to. My building is real quiet sometimes I wonder if someone lives here lol. Overlooking the lake in the morning with a cup of coffee is also a great start. I would recommend this place to anybody. Ready for my lease to be up
June 20, 2016Kingston Cove looks good on the surface...it has an amazing view of a pond and is tucked away in a residential neighborhood. Therefore, you don't always feel like you're in the city. They also have large bedrooms (at least in one bedrooms). However, Kingston Cove will only be great for you if: 1) you like drafty windows in the winter time. Drafty doesn't really adequately describe just how cold the bedrooms are in the winter. 2) you like bugs...especially spiders. I've had my apartment sprayed ...NUMEROUS times and I still find multiple spiders daily. I am a very clean person and never have I ever had issues like this with spiders. I think that the poor sealing around the bedroom windows contributes to this issue. 3) you like asking maintenance to fix things that are broken over and over. The maintenance people are incompetent I swear. You have to submit work orders numerous times before they get halfway completed. 4) Even if you aren't a smoker, know that the ventilation here is TERRIBLE. If the people below or above you are smokers, you can be rest assured that your apartment WILL also smell like cigarettes every time they light up. And there is absolutely nothing to be done about it if you ask office staff. These apartments are "smoke friendly" and that wouldn't be a problem...if the ventilation was better.
