GREAT LOCATION
December 21, 2023I have lived here for 2 years and this place is very convenient for me near the freeway and the price is great while also being in a good area. I have noticed a great change in the past couple months regarding management. Any concerns I have I reach out and they proactively help me fix any concerns in my unit. Renovated apartment
December 14, 2023I’ve been here for a few months. Manager has been helpful with any questions I’ve had and my move was very easy. The apartment has been renovated and everything working well. Laundry is a good size lots of washers and dryers and you don’t need coins they give you a card for free when you move in. lots of restaurants walking distances I walk to get my Starbucks every morning with my dog. Also 24 hour fitness gym 2 blocks away.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible place to rent, don't rent here
January 18, 2022I been living here and there are a host of problems with the tenants and the management staff. The trash area is not clean. There is trash every where. The laundry mat area is also messy. Also a lot of things are not repair and broken in the apartment. If you request things to be fixed Shabnam the manager will ignore your request. Also the residents children are loud and rude and park in your parking spots. Also they have a car in the visitor spot which is parked way past their hours. Also our ...rent check was stolen into and wasn't notified till later. There is a lot of coach roaches and the gym area smells bad too. I highly recommend that no one lives here because it's one of the worst places I lived in Walnut Creek.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 23, 2015This apartment complex is perfect for single adults that are starting out on their own for the first time. It is just a short drive to the down town scene, where you can shop, drink and eat a variety of great food. It is also located within walking distance of bart, so if you ever feel the need to visit San Francisco or any other exciting places in the bay area, its just bart hop away! The apartment is also near walking trails, for those who are active and love the outdoors. Not my favorite place 2010-2014
December 30, 2014I moved to this apartment complex for the reasonable rent. Within the last 3.5 years I lived here they have raised it $700. Their reason is to give residents the "great amenities" The pool is the only amenity worth mentioning. They offer a "workout room" if you pay $25 for the key. Its someones old treadmill and stairclimber. Parking is horrible. I've had my car hit. scratched and dented a total of 6 times in 3 years. The AC is a cheap wall unit you have to sit in front of to feel cool. The floor ...creaks EVERYWHERE. My cat made it creak! They say they have security that patrols the complex which is NOT true. Cars are constantly parking in no parking zones without any reprecussion. Many times overnight.
