Pésimos apartamentos, nos fuimos y nos cobraron de todo , además nunca arreglaban las cosas el aire siempre se arruinaba y pasábamos hasta todo un día horas de calor con mi bebé y lo que decían era espere eso no es tan impórtate . It's a good space, close to shopping and some bus routes. Very clean and quiet. Only complaint is that they raise the rent twice a year and with no upgrades and A small galley kitchen, and dated bathroom it's just not worth it. I will be leaving this year. Upstairs units are hot in the summer as the a/c can't handle the heat here so you will have to buy fans and try not to cook. They also have water issues and turn the water off without notice at least twice a week and no it doesn't change your ...
water bill. There are stray Cats everywhere and the gate often doesn't work coming in so you may have to sit in the drive for up to 20 minutes. Staff can be rude and apparently a refrigerator not working is not considered an emergency. Other than that, ok place. Btw, some people have roaches. There was an issue with roaches before we moved in but with good cleaning practices they go away and the building offers pest services for free so definitely take advantage of that.

We didn't know what to think about this complex when our daughter first moved in. Bed bugs were found in the single bedroom. After repeated extermination by a company Kingwood contracted, the problem was erraticated. Thereof, we found that the employees were efficient in addressing any problems at arose and my daughter was extremely pleased with her neighbors. Prior to her departure, she hosted a goodbye gathering and her neighbors showered her with love and kindness.

I have lived here for 9 months and I am pleased overall. PROS: The complex is very quiet. I live near the playground, so I can hear the kids outside on the weekends or when there is no school, but it is not bad at all. Parking is not as bad as some reviews have mentioned. I can usually park in the same area unless I make it home after 10:30 or 11 pm. (Visitor parking is a different story) Even then, I can still manage to park fairly close to my apartment. Maintenance is great! Every time I have ...
called in a request, someone was out that day. I can call from work between 9-11am and someone has stopped by before I make it home at 6pm. I was initially very afraid to stay on my own, especially as a single mother with a young child, but I feel very safe here. I have LOTS of closet space. CONS: There is not a microwave in the kitchen, so you will have to supply your own. That was not a problem, but the counter space was already limited. There are dents in the floor and I notice they shift sometimes. I was told by maintenance that the foundation shifts and it's very obvious in the corner units. The restroom is really tiny. The apartments could use some upgrades, but you get what you pay for. My biggest issue is the mold in my bedroom window seal. I have called several times. Someone comes out, "gets rid of it," and it is back in a few weeks. It was here upon arrival and I assume always will be. I've seen it mentioned in several other reviews as well. OVERALL: The price is fair for the size and the area. I won't be renewing my lease, but if I absolutely had to, I would definitely live here again.

This complex is exceptional I must say. Just the way the grounds are maintained is 4star. Other apartment complexes in the area appear to be often ignored. The exterior of the apartments are modern and kept clean. Always the presence of security on site. Location convenient to the major freeways such as 610 and 290.

This is an older complex that was recently remodeled. My apartment is by a small pool. I was a little concerned that it might be noisy during the warm months, but it hasn't been bad at all. Although I'm single, it's a family friendly complex with very reasonable rents. Reasonable water bills too!
