While searching and stressing like everyone else out here today, I ran across this complex here on Apartments.com. Sent an email Re: my interest in availability, etc. The response came so quickly, with all the information in 1 email of what and when an apartment I needed would be available, the requirements to rent, the application process, and an offer to tour the property(all in 1 email-I did not have send multiple emails or countless phone calls to grt all the answers I needed)! Who does this? ...
The staff at Kingwood Does!! I have spent countless hours and days going back and forth in the past with management companies and apartment complexes! This was a breath of fresh air!
Over the 2 month period while I waited for my apartment to become available The office Manager maintained contact routinely to keep me up to date and informed about what processes were next. The lease signing process was simple and quick, I was provided ample time to review my lease ahead of time and ask questions if need be. My apartment was completely move in ready, any Questions or concerns were immediately addressed by office Manager and maintenance supervisor. I have never met nicer, more caring individuals and felt more welcomed ever before!
After moving in.. its been So Quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are very quiet, kind and respectful. Kingwood Apartments have gone above and beyond my expectations!

It's quite, peaceful, and somehow it makes you feel like your not living in a city. A little old but it makes up for it with newly renovated apartments. The people are nice and friendly. With the rise in inflation its perfect as an affordable place to live.

I love living here! I am a student, so the location is very convenient to MTSU. The pool is so nice when it is so hot outside. My apartment was so clean upon entering. Carpets freshly shampooed, everything smelled clean, and very shiny. This is a huge upgrade from my last apartment in Murfreesboro. I am in a standard/basic unit, but everything looks great (not dated at all). Great place to live!!

I moved in about 2 months ago and so far it has been amazing! The property manager Christina is the nicest person to work with. Any little thing I had a problem with was fixed promptly, the maintenance guy Jeff has been a huge help. The rooms are nice and spacious, my neighbors are incredibly friendly and it's set right off the main road but doesn't feel like it. I absolutely love these apartments and don't see me moving anytime soon.

I moved in about two months ago, and love it here! The property manager Christina is nice, and answers any and all questions. She responds to calls and e-mails very fast. Maintenance is wonderful. Any issue, and they are here fixing it within five minutes. You also get more space for your money here than anywhere else in the area. Moving here was a great decision.

I have been a resident of KW for a little over two months, and I really enjoy my housing and atmosphere. The apartment staff is wonderful. They have showed great efficiency and care for any of my needs. Location is very convenient and private in the best way. I highly recommend for easy going living with a quiet and friendly environment. Not your typical complex in this area. Even better!

Just moved into this complex with my two kids and we love it! The pool is great in the summertime! All of our neighbors are so nice and the staff at the complex is great! Location is great and the schools we are zoned for are some of the best in Murfreesboro. I really like the remodeled areas of the apartment and the rooms are very spacious
