The Management team, are great communicators in informing the tenants of repairs for elevator break down, and driveway gate repairs in timely manner.       Moved in here last month and the experience so far has been top notch. Glenn made sure we had a space reserved for our loading truck and the 2 cargo elevators made it super easy for the crew to move in our big furniture pieces. Maybell and Glenn at the leasing office were quick to respond to any questions and made the entire process really quick and smooth.       Miguel that have addressed any concerns right away and went above and beyond to make us feel like family. Any service request we made was answered right away and they made sure they had a fix same day even if it needed getting a brand new appliance. I’ve never experienced this level of service in any apartment complex and I’ve got to say it really makes a difference. Maybell, Glenn, Miguel and Andrew have really made us feel at home and stop to check in/ remember us by name whenever we pass by making us never want to leave.
