Towed from First Come, First Serve Parking Lot
July 23, 2025Kipling Apartments towed my brother’s car from the surface lot, even though he had a valid parking sticker displayed. The surface lot is unpaid and first come, first served, and there’s nothing in the lease or policy that says garage residents can’t park there — especially overnight. Management couldn’t point to any written rule, yet we were charged $325. They later refunded half only after I pushed back with documentation and posted a public review.
