March 24, 2023When I first went to tour Kiwi and Goji, I had no idea what to expect. I was greeted by a lady named Kemberly in the leasing office and she sold me on the townhome in minutes. Between her comforting, energetic, and relatable conversation, and the beautiful look of the apartments/townhomes, I know I made the right call moving here. Kind staff AND a nice looking space? Absolutely Darling
March 24, 2023I called to schedule a tour, the young lady who answered, Kemberly L., was so polite, so welcoming that I went right over. The location was great, right in the middle of everywhere I would need to go. I get to the office and was warmly greeted by Kemberly. She took her time explaining floor plans to me, detailing all the amenities, her pleasant demeanor continued as she spoke with everyone all while answering the slew of questions I had. June 29, 2022Ive been here a little over a month. The apartment i live in is beautiful and comfortable. Amanda the manager is very friendly and professional. She truly does care and solves issues fast! Justin the maintenance man has been very diligent in taking care of maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
