Roof Leak
November 5, 2022As soon as I moved in, my roof started to leak. I've been trying to get them to fix for 3 months. They simply ignore my calls and cancel my maintenance request. Avoid this apartment complex at all costs.Review from Apartments.com
Do not rent

The worst apartment I have ever lived in...
May 24, 2021The neighbors downstairs smoke marijuana and the smell comes into my apartment through opened holes in the walls like the piping under all the sinks and through some holes in the carpet. The carpet was never cleaned when I moved in and had visible mud stains on the carpet on move in day. They would not give me the keys to look the apartment over before I paid my first month's rent with deposit. I had to call the office and make them clean my carpet again. There are black stains all over the ...concrete outside my door as well as on the stairs and on my patio. There are silver fish in my closet and there is a serious spider problem. And during the summer there are termites walking all over the walls. The appliances are old and the fridge makes loud noises. Maintenance takes forever to come or never shows up at all. The carpet has burn holes and is very old and hard like a rock. I chose an apartment with a fireplace and when I moved in, the fireplace was sealed shut. There were gun shots heard and police cars. The neighbors often make a lot of noise at night and some play very loud music with vulgar language. The process to pay rent online is a trap and they charge you $16 to use a debit card. The late rent fee is $50, when I have rented somewhere else that was only $10.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Horrible I wouldn't suggest it
May 15, 2020Building are not updated , they look like crap. The carpets are dirty , the refrigerator looks like it has bullet holes in it. They don't let you view the apartment until after you sign your paperwork. Worst experience in the world. These apartments need to be closed down.Property Manager Responded

better options
February 24, 2020lived here fro 4 months and the sinks were constantly braking management was awful at communicating issues. while i lived here i seen 10 plus cop cars drive out at once to break up a party, my upstairs nabors where constantly throwing party's late into the night and management didnt seem to care! i had a drunk old man try to beat down m door at 3 am because he thought it was his. not to mention someone GOT SHOT here. more then once. 10?/10 would not recommend there are way better places for the ...same price skip it.Property Manager Responded

The worst!
April 11, 2019absolutely one of the worst apartments communities to live in. Unprofessional and does not fix things in a timely manner. Fireplace
December 18, 2018Took away the fireplace 9 months after we moved in and it was honestly the best and only good feature about these apartments. The amenties are outdated and barely work, there is so much paint on every surface that the doors stick shut. The office staff is not helpful at all, when you make a maintenance request they tell you they've made the work order and that repairs will be made in 3 days to a week and if not call back and request again. The carpet is old and tile in the bathroom is as well and ...chipping away. I dont recommend anyone move his this complex is garbage.Property Manager Responded
