i'm so sick of not having a parking spot
July 3, 2023this apartment complex never has any parking spots, you have to pay for 90% of these parking spots. there is A PERSON that lives near the front of the apartment complex and they always have a bike in the parking spot, and no one else can get there except for them. and i KNOW they AINT PAY FOR IT. so, you need to FIX ALLAT GRASS and REPLACE it with parking spots. thank you.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
August 8, 2021These apartments are old and falling apart. We have had nothing but problems since we moved in. The oven and dishwasher have never worked. There is water leaking in the bathroom, master closet, and kitchen. We have mold growing. The AC broke and they replaced it with an older unit that keeps the apartment at a balmy 80 degrees. There are huge rats that are dead all over the property. There is no parking. I have to park on the street. My catalytic converters were cut off my truck in the parking ...lot! No gates, no security, no cameras. Management is not addressing any of these issues.Property Manager Responded

It is not where you live, but HOW you live!
April 16, 2021I have lived at Maple Trail Apartments for 9+ years. I have seen many managers come and go. However, I am very pleased with my experience here. My only complaint would be the condition of some of the grounds areas. It is NOT the fault of the staff, but rather the residents not picking up their trash, throwing items and cigarette butts from their balconies, etc. If everyone would clean up after themselves, the property would look like it did when I first moved here. I see a lot of complaints about ...this property. But, read between the lines on some of them. I have never had any issues really with the staff. I pay my rent on time, I follow the rules as much as possible, and try and respect my neighbors. I will continue to live here as long as possible. We have recently undergone a change in management. I cannot wait for the renovations they are planning! My building has some foundation issues that soon will be corrected if possible. Again, it's not where you live but how you live. Iffy Community Policies
April 12, 2021This place saved me when no other complex would accept me due to legal issues from over a decade ago. However as I've lived here it's become clear that they just want your money and don't care about your living situation. Today I got fined for having my bike (which I use to ride to work) on my balcony. When I called the office to explain that it's dirty and I didn't want to leave it inside on my carpets I was told that I would have to rent a car port to lock it up in... this by far isn't the ...first issue I've had with the office but it's certainly the final straw for me. WARNING-DO NOT RENT THESE APARTMENT
October 4, 20182 minutes ago I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to these apartments. The staff Kimberley & Young will rip you off. They took our deposit for $600 & kept it. We never signed the lease. We just filled the forms for our credit check. Our money has been taken and never returned. We could not get the apartment because there is no parking. People started yelling at us as soon as we tried to park our car, once we reached with our U-haul truck. We were told from couple others that parking is a BIG ...problem in first few minutes. We were MISGUIDED from the staff. Kimberly told us to find a space to park our cars on road, which was severely hard to do everyday. We were ready to pay for parking but they did not have us any option. Now we are calling and begging for our deposit. It’s been three days we are being told that we will get an email which will include that they cannot return the money. We call them everyday but no response. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I will make sure to spread the world about them. I will ensure to call BBB too. Kimberly & Young are not giving us there boss’s contact info either. DO NOT GO TO THESE APARTMENTS.Property Manager Responded
October 31, 2018Hi there, we appreciate you leaving your feedback and have also responded to the BBB complaint that was submitted as well. The application fees & deposit were forfeited when the lease was cancelled, since the application was already processed and approved. The apartment you chose was taken off the market for you. As for parking, we had reserved a covered parking spot for you near your apartment, and would notify you of a second spot when it came available. There is plenty of parking that is first come, first served for free, just not guaranteed. Not having a second spot immediately was why we thought you decided to cancel your application with us. We apologize that we didn't have that available and wish you the best!

The parking policies at Maple Trails have been put into place to ensure that all registered residents have access to parking, we try to accommodate all of our residents with two reserved spots but cannot guarantee they will be right outside your door. Please understand that the community will have a parking issue and not enough space for everyone without enforcing parking rules. When applying Applicants are asked to read and agree to all of Maples Trails approval and cancellation policies, understanding that if Applicant cancels after application is approved all of the deposits and reservation fees are nonrefundable.
