Trash everywhere and Terrible Management
November 2, 2021Recent change in management has been detrimental to the community! We get inundated with emails and policy reminders but when there are issues like a fire and trash all over the halls they fail to address this. They are also terrible at picking up the phone and following up.Property Manager Responded

Not horrible but very disappointing
October 5, 2019The property has everything on a surface level but the staff and the operation of the property leave a lot to de desired. For the price, it is nowhere close to its competition. The package lockers are often full so you have to pick up packages during the work day, the staff is very unresponsive and you frequently cannot reach them, and the property frequently has outages in the elevators. The best part of this property is the maintenance staff and the GM but the rest of the staff is so bad that ...I would never recommend this property to a friend.Property Manager Responded
