There were several errors in their procedures, which the Assistant Community Manager refused to acknowledge. No documentation of what was issued or turned in, they lost documents that my son signed when he turned in his keys, no staff signature on Unit condition form or Relet agreement, false information provided verbally by office staff. I requested twice to speak to the Assistant Manager's supervisor. She said she would forward the information to the Manager, but I was never contacted, nor would she provide me with contact information. I received bills during the time I was waiting for someone to contact me threatening to send the bill to collections in 15 days. I would advise students and their parents not to rent from Knox Ridge, and especially DO NOT take over someone else's lease or lease a bedroom in a 5 BR unit with 4 other people that you do not know and trust. You will be treated as if they do not have time for your questions and concerns when you w in, but will then hit you with inflated and bogus charges when you move out.
