August 14, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI use to stay at Koenman Apts. I’ve loved it. No one bothered me. They took care of their tenants no matter what. It was very spacious. The manager was very respectful. The rent was reasonable. The only thing was not having a washer and dryer hook up in the apts. I would move back if I could.Property Manager Responded
