Above and Beyond
February 17, 2021I just moved out Feb 2021, and I lived here for over 3 years. I gave Kona Kai West 5 stars, because they truly are a 5 star complex. Management (Pam & Nicole) and maintenance (Victor & Andy) exceeded my expectations. It’s obvious they take pride in their units. In 3 years I lived here, I never had a maintenance issue. The units are well-kept and super clean. The courtyard is beautiful & maintained. The pool is always clean. The tenants are friendly, but still keep to themselves which I can ...appreciate. Everyone is quiet & respectful. The complex is quiet basically around the clock. No loud music or loud conversations, everyone is really chill. I’ve never had a package stolen, never seen the police here, never had someone park in my assigned parking spot and never had an issue with the secured parking gate that we get a remote for. I mean, this place is pretty amazing! I am sad that I had to leave. Thank you Kona Kai West :) you guys Rock!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
