September 6, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comlove it here and Lolita is great but maintance is only issues as they not good as always blaming residents as need to check drainage and sewer areas as issue continue with drainage fly and I guess fruit flys as thinking about moving next year as it all started when 2 years ago trashs bins outside wasn't pick up for months by garbage trucks and just can't get rid of flying insects every since

June 20, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comTerrible place to live. They don’t fix anything and if they do it takes them months to do it. They go up on the rent by 130-150 these past 2 years and won’t upgrade the apartment. Property manager places atleast 7-8 dogs in the same building. No one cleans up after their pets. The laundry room always broken. The pool just opened since being closed for 3 years and it’s extremely dirty. The staff do not care about the residents. It’s always fire trucks and police in the complex.
