I remember when my mother was living in Korman Suite and when she passed away the director manager or whatever title she was. Very ignorant and not professional to what I was going through it set me back emotionally and sent me into a deep depression. I will forever remember how uncaring she was and the deepest part of all is the timing of her behavior I had to bury my mother and did not need any further grief. Overpriced

What one observes on the tour is not what one gets. Walls are cracked and bathroom is very old. Rent increases with every renewal. I will be leaving when my lease expires. Nothing is included.

When I was there, as a professional, the people at leasing office treat us nicely; however, when I moved out, even after 40 days, I didn't receive my $500 deposit back. They tried to hold people's money, which was so wrong. I wouldn't recommend any friends to live there! The only way if you try to keep people live there, you have to provide a good service. The Korman Residential at International City is not in a good location, it is not good for professional people. I have been living the apt ...

for 11 months, the price sounds ok, but the inside of apartment was under worse condition, the washer and dryer were very old and not function well, the kitchen condition was poor, always has cockroach; they have never wanted to make many changes. The inside of apt doesn't look like their pictures.

My husband and I moved into Korman 2 years ago. We wanted to move out of Center City but still be near my grad school and his job in the city. Korman was a good fit for that. We love that they keep the apartment complex very clean outside. A landscaping crew comes periodically to tend to things. The maintenance workers are very nice. They usually come to fix our problems in 1-3 days. For example, our washing machine broke on a Sunday, they brought us a brand new one on Tuesday. The women in the ...

office are really nice. We have a 1 bedroom apartment and it is very spacious compared to other apartment complexes where you pay the same in rent. Our bedroom is so large that we are able to fit all of our own things in there AND our baby stays in there with us as well. Even with our newborn, we don't feel overly cramped in the 1 bedroom. It is also really nice to have the large closet space in the bedroom. The washer/dryer are apartment sized which can get frustrating sometimes because we cannot wash our queen sized bedding at home, but that is not too big of a deal. The appliances in the kitchen work well. The cabinets and flooring and everything are very Ikea-looking. Most of the people who live at Korman are nice enough. We haven't made friends with any of our neighbors over the last 2 years, but we also haven't had any problems. We also appreciate that the walls/floors seem to be well-made because we can never hear our upstairs neighbor or the neighbors on either side of us. There are several parking lots, and we never have trouble finding a spot. Really the only complaint we would have is that Korman increases your rent every year, so we will not be renewing our lease because it has become a little too expensive for us. But, if you can afford to live here, we DEFINITELY recommend it!!

My family and I has rented from Korman for over 20 years now and I have to say that the location is great it's peaceful and quiet and you can sleep all day and night and won't be able to tell what part of the day it actually is, its that calm! My family and I live in a 2 bedroom 1 small bathroom, spacious living room and dining area, nice size closets in both bedrooms, a hall closet to hang your hat and coats, 3 air conditioners (living room, both bedrooms), wall electric heaters (living room ...

and both bedrooms) we have new carpet new storm windows and kitchen appliances, bedrooms are spacious even the smaller room, the patio is comfortable I have furniture in it and on a cool night I fall right to sleep! Not to forget...FREE PARKING! Bicycling is offered for a small fee. The rent is kinda high and recently has been raised 40 dollars I've actually never paid that much, its been worth renting here for so long however, because of the comfort level it's extremely high and not to mention the security, police patrol and neighbors keep watch just in case. If my family and I are ever to able to afford our own home one day it's going to have to be 1000 times better!!
