Stay away
February 8, 2025Pet spa broke, pool broke, trash everywhere, downstairs neighbor smokes weed everyday which goes into our home. Looking forward to moving out. Property manager doesn’t care, they are running away too.Property Manager Responded

April 19, 2022Staff at the leasing office seem like they do not care about the resident and do not communicate well. The pools are not well maintained. Had a leak in my roof for 9 months before it was fixed. I have horrible dry wall stains and cracks from all the leaks that have not been repaired. Absolutely horrible and can't keep staff
January 6, 2022It has been very disappointing to be stiff armed when we are trying to do the right thing. Adding late charges when asking questions reaching out multiple time but not response until a late charge can be added on. The increase changes being added without answering questions and without responding is poor customer service. No wonder staff keeps leaving and we talk to a new person very few weeks. Let alone come ready to move into a place that wasn’t even ready (not cleaned, no door handles, ...missing hook ups, etc)Property Manager Responded
