Harrison and Richfield is an amazing community to live in. Staff is professional, kind, and go out of their way to help you. Maintenance man showed up only hours after putting in a request through their online portal; there was no need to call and leave a voicemail. Paying rent is so simple with automatic payments through their portal, and it's cheaper than any other apartments around. Apartment is in amazing condition, equipped with in-unit laundry room, as well as a garage! Neighbors seem to be ...
quiet folk who keep to themselves. I've had nothing but good experiences since moving here. I highly recommend applying for residency here if you like feeling respected and cared for as a tenant.

Great staff, great location, great price, and great unit. Since I was moving in from out-of-state, it's always a risk when you don't know the lay of the land like when you're moving within a city itself. I'm therefore so happy I went with Goldmark because I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out.

Harrison and Richfield is a great place to live. The rent is reasonable and the maintenance is Excellent. I have lived in apartments for much of my life. The snow removal and general maintenance is phenomenal. I would recommend Harrison and Richfield to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
