Good apt. Questionable mgmt

The apartment is in a great location and relative to the rest of the island rent is VERY reasonable. Neighbors in the building are friendly and for being in Waikiki it feels pretty secure. Biggest criticism is about the property management. The on site manager smokes like a chimney even though it's a non smoking building. Rent got raised as soon as lease was up and maintenence is non existant. The tenants take care of the building. I give it 4 stars because of the price location and community. ...

But property management isn't the best.
