I’ve been living in these apartments for over three years and every single one of my years here have been horrible. They overcharge it seems like every year my rent goes up $50 or more and the Staff is so lazy. Since I’ve been in my apartment complex I’ve had all my keys when I first moved in the front gate was broken for about a year and a half before they got it fixed. Today I went in because I was tired of asking someone to open the gate to the pool they told me they are charging me seven ...
dollars for a key I should’ve had when I moved In I explain to the “manger” that I have every keys that I’ve always had And how the door was broken when I first moved then she stated she’s been here for two years and that I should’ve had the first gate key she stated she would charge me on my red for a kid that they should’ve given me fromThe start. I’ve had so many issues since I moved in from roaches two broken lamps and lights that I just stop giving a care. They never do anything around here I asked them to replace a broken door handle to my front door and they gave me a regular door handle with no key hole. If you want to move in here prepared to give them all of your money for nothing. They’ve also lost my rent money several times I’ve lost count.

Great in many ways but has its Ups & Downs the Down of the appartments is where its Located its not that many innocent people in that area which means noise probably drugs & other kind of negative things that that area of society are willing to bring in & keep making it normal for that community, on the Up side of the apartments its a beautiful sight with good looking apartment buildings, cut grass & it stays cut that's nice!!! and the majority of the people are positive like me and my Family ...
with out bringing that negativity to there positive world they deserve the La Quinta's Apartments to make what they want out of it which is sit there & look and enjoy the La Quinta's & be thankful for Gods beautiful scenery he made for me at Palmdale La Quinta's Apartments.
