Love at first sight ....
December 6, 2018I fell in the with the property when I first came to tour! Lake Dianne is such a peaceful property and with the touch of nature, how can you not fall in love. Management is very accommodating, and always very kind. My children are safe, and they love the pool in the summer time. The property is always clean. Any repairs are done right away. I'm excited to call this place my home ! I've lived at the property almost a year, and extremely happy.Property Manager Responded

Overall Excellence
September 19, 2015Lake Dianne Apartments is an apartment complex that speaks for itself. A beautifully detailed environment with a man-made lake running through the complex is but one of the many pros of this complex. The staff are friendly and helpful, the common areas are always clean and well maintained, the workers are time-conscious and courteous, and the community-based social events ran by Lake Dianne residents keep the environment friendly and welcoming. Not to mention respectable rates for rent. The ...location is prime considering it is but a few blocks from two major freeways and has a full shopping center with restaurants, fast food options and grocery stores but two blocks away. On the edge of Old Town Tustin and Santa Ana, Lake Dianne is but 15-20 minutes from anything- The beach, the Spectrum Center, District, Shops At Orange and Market Place to name but a few. After nearly a year of loving where I live, only Overall Excellence comes to mind.Property Manager Responded

September 15, 2015We been living here for 2 years, our apartment is a nice size, very quiet complex, we LOVE it here, the office and maintenance are great, if there's something I need to be done usually done the same day. August 18, 2015This is a lovely apartment complex with a nature feel. There is a lake running throughout with ducks and lots of plant life that is very well maintained.
