    Lex CTR City is a nice yet at times difficult to live in. While the beautiful apartment complex and amazing staff truly is the plus side of things, the unit (at least the one I’m in) can hear everything from out the entry door as well as the walls being very thin. Wish no one could hear everything I do from outside and I wish I didn’t have to hear all the activity happening outside the entry. Better insulated and sound proofing doors could provide resolution. Outside parking is quite worrisome ...
    with thefts and vandalism as well. Not having issues with residents is always a plus and the amenities are always a great addition to Apartment Living.

    Lex CTR City is a wonderful place to live. The grounds are very well kept, maintenance is awesome & responds immediately to any issues that may arise, management has always been amazingly nice to deal w/ & they are always helpful, and the apartments themselves are so beautiful. I moved from a studio into a 1 bedroom & the move was seamless & I loved both apartments. Highly recommended.

    I was recommended this place by a couple of friends and what seemed like an amazing complex at first, was soon diminished a few months later. For the price we pay for these "luxury" apartments, it really could be better and the issues addressed should be considered.

    I love living at Lex CTR City. The apps make it really easy to pay rent and open up tickets. Any time I've opened up a ticket ot either gets addressed same day or I get an ETA when I call in. Staff has been super friendly and professional. They are also very sweet with my pets. Great place to live with great staff.

    I have just moved to the complex and common areas Since the clubhouse, the pool and other areas are very nice and comfortable, I thank the LEX CTR CITY team for giving me immediate attention to my needs. Grateful to Karen, Emely, I appreciate all the attention and collaboration, the maintenance team, but especially Mr. Julio for his attention and service. Solved the problem that the apt presented. Super cool this week's taco food truck we loved it!!! Thank you very much. I appreciate it .

    If you're looking for a nice units with newer appliances in a rough neighborhood with no security and you don't mind break-ins and waiting for years to get anything fixed in the complex (EV chargers, gates, etc) this is a gem!! Oh...and if you like the idea of security cameras being for looks only and no way to get footage if your car is broken into, you've found your spot!
